The motor of the direct-connection self-priming pump is without a coupling between it and the pump head. It boasts a high flow rate, reaching hundreds of cubic meters per hour, hence our alternate name for it as the high-flow self-priming pump. This type of pump has moderate head, but is only suitable for conveying clean water or similar chemicals.

1. Compact design. These two series of self-priming pumps are horizontal in structure, combining the motor and pump in one unit, featuring an attractive appearance, and occupying less space. Compared to conventional self-priming pumps, the space required is reduced by 30%. If an IP54 outdoor motor is used, a pump house is not necessary, and the pump can be placed outdoors for use.

2. Smooth operation, low noise, and high component concentricity. Direct connection between the motor and pump simplifies the intermediate structure, enhancing stability. The impeller boasts excellent static and dynamic balance, operates without vibration, produces low noise, extends the bearing's lifespan, and improves the operating environment.

3. The shaft seal employs excellent mechanical sealing, with dynamic and static rings made of hard alloy, ensuring wear resistance, no leakage, and a long service life.

1. The ZXL model high-flow direct-connected self-priming pump is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, environmental protection, construction, fire protection, chemical, dyeing, printing, brewing, power, electroplating, papermaking, industrial and mining flushing, and equipment cooling. The medium temperature should not exceed 80°C, viscosity ≤100 centistokes, and the solid content can be below 30%.


Section 3: Working Conditions


1. Surrounding environment temperature ≤ 40°C, altitude ≤ 1000m, relative humidity ≤ 95%, medium temperature ≤ 80°C, special requirements can reach up to 200°C.

2. Suction height must not exceed the specified limit of 5-6.5 meters, with the intake pipe length ≤ 10 meters.
