Section 3: Structural Description of FZB Fluoroplastic Self-Priming Pump


The FZB self-priming pump is composed of the pump body, impeller, cover, sealing gasket bracket, shaft, side shaft, tightening bolt, nut, and base plate.

1. Pump Body: Each side features an internally embedded steel flange ring, molded with plastic composite material.
2. The right side interior of the lid features an integrated stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti) molded plastic alloy.
3. Impeller: Designed with a shaft connection method, the metal shaft is precision-finished high-quality steel and then covered with plastic composite mold-pressed material, ensuring a solid bond between the impeller and the metal shaft. This guarantees that the root of the shaft and the rear part of the impeller can withstand the torque forces during rotation, making the wetted portion of the medium plastic alloy.
4. Mechanical Seals: Utilizing WB2 and ST type adjustable face seals without cooling water, made from materials such as silicon carbide, high-purity alumina ceramic, filled with Teflon, graphite, etc.
