FYS Fluoroplastic Corrosion-Resistant Submersible Pump

The FYS corrosion-resistant submersible pump has a vertical structure and is a single-stage, single-suction long-shaft submersible pump developed and produced by our company based on domestic and international similar products. The fluoroplastic submersible pump is suitable for conveying media with temperatures between 0℃ and 120℃, free of solid particles and corrosive. It performs better in terms of operating temperature and lifespan compared to competitors. All parts of the FYS series fluoroplastic submersible pump that come into contact with the medium are lined with fluoroplastic alloy. The lower sheath is made of high-quality silicon carbide, offering features such as abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance. Additionally, the pump housing and impeller are fully submerged in the liquid, thus occupying a smaller area, and there are no leakage issues with the shaft seal. The FYS chemical pump should be started in the direction indicated by the pump and cannot be run in reverse. The pump housing must be fully submerged in the liquid during startup, and the liquid level must be at least 180mm above the centerline of the impeller.
