Main Application:
Glass-fiber reinforced plastic submersible pumps are widely used in industries such as chemicals, petrochemicals, smelting, dyes, pesticides, and rare earths. They are economical equipment for transporting various non-oxidizing acids (such as hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, formic acid, acetic acid, butyric acid) that do not contain suspended solid particles, are not prone to crystallization, and have temperatures not exceeding 100°C, in storage tanks.
Glass-fiber Reinforced Plastic Submersible Pumps mainly include two types: WSY and FSY. 1. The WSY type pump is a vertical glass-fiber reinforced plastic submersible pump. 2. The FSY type pump is a vertical glass-fiber reinforced plastic submersible centrifugal pump.
This pump is designed for varying depths in storage tanks and pits, with an adjustable submersion depth between 800mm to 3000mm. It can start pumping without filling as long as the liquid level is above the pump body. There is a leakage hole under the flat cover plate to prevent any liquid from spilling out of the storage tank.
The components of this pump that come into contact with the medium are made of modified phenolic glass fiber with polyvinyl butyral, formed into phenolic glass reinforced plastic by high-temperature molding. The connecting pipes and discharge pipes are made of phenolic glass steel pipes using the semi-dry winding process. The assembly of the impeller shaft sleeve is bonded with phenolic putty and the pump shaft, while all sub-assemblies below the liquid level are bonded with phenolic putty. There is no metal in contact with the medium below the liquid level, ensuring reliable corrosion resistance. The product features excellent properties such as lightweight, high strength, non-deformable, temperature-resistant, and corrosion-resistant, and can partially replace precious metals like molybdenum-containing stainless steel, titanium, and titanium alloys in corrosion prevention.
The pump is driven in the transmission and rotation direction: The pump is directly driven by the motor via a claw-type elastic coupling, and the pump rotates clockwise when viewed from the motor end.
