详情描述

Summary:
The Overvoltage and Undervoltage Protective Device with Auto-Reclosing Function, abbreviated as OUPA, is a device that automatically disconnects when the voltage in the line exceeds the specified value, and can also automatically detect the line voltage. It will automatically close when the voltage in the line returns to normal. It is mainly used for residential and commercial power distribution lines (single-phase AC 230V, three-phase four-wire AC 415V) as protection against overvoltage, undervoltage, phase loss, and neutral line failure.

Application Range:
The Self-Restoring Over/Under Voltage Protector is suitable for users or loads with single-phase AC voltage of 220V, frequency of 50Hz, and rated working current of 60A or less. It serves as a protection for single-phase electrical equipment against over/under voltage in single-phase lines caused by neutral line faults. It is mainly used for protecting the incoming lines of residential sub-metering boxes or distribution lines requiring protection for single-phase electrical equipment.
Design Principles:
The control circuit employs a high-speed, low-power consumption microprocessor at its core, a magnetic latching relay as the main circuit, and an analog-to-digital standardized design. In the event of overvoltage or undervoltage in the power supply lines, the protector can quickly and safely disconnect the circuit under continuous high-voltage surges, preventing abnormal voltages from reaching terminal appliances and causing accidents. Once the voltage returns to normal, the protector will automatically reconnect the circuit within the specified time, ensuring the normal operation of terminal appliances even when unattended.
Features:
1. The circuit is automatically disconnected when the single-phase line experiences low voltage, and it reconnects automatically after the voltage returns to normal and a delay period, without the need for manual operation.
2 The protector will not act improperly during transient or temporary overvoltage in the circuit.
3 Line protector does not connect the line when voltage instability occurs due to faulty connections or when power is suddenly cut off and then restored.
4 The protector itself will not be damaged when the line fault voltage is high.
5 The protector exhibits inverse-time action characteristics, with an operating time ≤ 1s.
6 Voltage Protection Range: Below 40A - 0 to 450V, 50/60A - 0 to 600V.
7 Vibration Resistance Voltage: 4kV (meets the safety standards for Class III electrical appliances).
8 The protector features bi-color LED indicators for operating status, green for normal voltage indication, red for over/under voltage or delay indication.
9 Modular design with rail-mounted installation.
10 Wire Connection Ability: Insulated conductors of 25 square millimeters and below
