The product is suitable for power supply systems of two-way power sources (common power N and backup power or generator power R) with alternating current of 50/60Hz, voltage up to 690V, and rated current from 6A to 1250A and below. It automatically switches between power sources in case of a fault in one (power outage, under/overvoltage, phase failure, frequency deviation) to ensure reliable and safe power supply. Widely used in important places that cannot afford power outages, such as high-rise buildings, residential areas, airports, ports, fire protection, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, etc., to achieve continuous unattended power supply.

Managed by a logic control board, the motor inside the switch is controlled by different logic to ensure the switch position through the operation of the transmission. Aesthetically pleasing, reliable quality, long lifespan, and simple operation, this unit consists of two three-pole or four-pole plastic case circuit breakers and their accessories (auxiliary, alarm contacts), mechanical interlocking transmission mechanisms, and intelligent controllers. Available in two structures: integrated and split. The integrated type mounts the controller and actuator on the same base, while the split type places the controller on the cabinet panel and the actuator on the base, installed by the user inside the cabinet. The controller and actuator are connected by a cable about 2 meters long. The two circuit breakers feature a reliable mechanical interlock and electrical interlock protection, completely eliminating the possibility of both circuit breakers closing simultaneously. This mechanism is a patented product.

Operation Process:
1. In case of power outage and inability to restore power within a short period, the backup power supply must be activated.
Steps
①Cut off all main power circuit breakers (including those in the power distribution room control cabinets and the power supply circuit breakers in the dual power supply switch boxes), open the double-throw anti-reversal switch to the side of the self-provided power source, and keep the circuit breaker in the self-provided power supply switch box turned off. ②Start the backup power source (diesel generator set), wait until the set operates normally, then sequentially close the generator's air switch and all circuit breakers in the self-provided power source control cabinet.
③ Close each power supply circuit breaker individually within the power switching box and supply power to each load.
④During the operation of the standby power supply, the on-duty personnel must remain at the generator set and promptly adjust the voltage and factory frequency in response to load changes, and handle any anomalies immediately.
2. When the municipal power is restored, promptly switch to the main power supply, disconnect the backup power, and restore municipal power.
Step
① Disconnect each circuit breaker of the self-provided power supply sequentially, following this order: Self-provided power switch box circuit breaker → Self-provided power distribution cabinet circuit breakers → Generator main switch → Turn the two-way switch to the city power supply side.
② Shut down according to the diesel engine shutdown procedure.
③ In sequence, close each circuit breaker individually from the main power supply switch to the branch switches, and place the dual power supply switch box's main power supply circuit breaker in the closed position.
3. Check that all gauges and indicator lights are functioning normally, and start the cooling fan inside the transformer.

Relative humidity should not exceed 50% when the surrounding air temperature is +40℃; higher relative humidity can be present at lower temperatures; the monthly average relative humidity during the wet month is 90%, with a monthly average low temperature of +25℃, taking into account condensation on the product surface due to temperature changes.
