详情描述

I. Product Description:

The DW-3000 Intelligent Dust and Poison Sampler is a dual-purpose sampler capable of collecting both dust and toxic substances. The instrument operates independently with dual pumps, separately handling dust and poison collection without interference. It features both microcontroller control and manual control modes, offering greater flexibility in use. Equipped with a high-capacity lithium battery, it runs continuously for extended periods, is easy to operate, and boasts high timing accuracy. It is robust, durable, compatible with AC and DC power, and allows for convenient and quick selection of countdown times from 1 to 99 hours and 59 minutes. The power is automatically turned off when the machine is stopped. It is currently a practical dual-purpose dust and poison sampler.

Section 3: Usage and Maintenance:

1. Dust Collection: Before the instrument is turned on, attach the sampling head to the pre-weighed filter membrane, press the "ON/OFF" switch, enter the startup screen, and set the sampling time (use left/right arrows to adjust the time setting position, and use plus/minus to adjust the sampling time). After setting the sampling time, press "Confirm" to start sampling. At this point, the internal power of the sampler is supplied to the motor through the control circuit, driving the air pump to draw air at a constant flow rate. The dust-laden air is drawn into the installed sampling head, and the dust is trapped on the filter membrane. Simultaneously, the timer set in advance begins to count down the sampling time. Upon reaching the set sampling time, the instrument automatically shuts down, completing the sampling process. Note the sampling time, then weigh the sample. You can then calculate the dust concentration at the site using the formula.

2. Absorption: Press the switch on the left, install the absorption bottle holder on the left side of the instrument, and connect the absorption tube or other absorption device to the safety bottle. Operation timing is the same as dust collection.

3. Charging: Insert the AC power cord into the instrument's 220V AC input and the household power supply. The instrument should be turned off. It takes approximately 8 hours (standard charging time) to fully charge, and each full charge allows for about 4 hours of continuous or cumulative operation.

Caution: Do not use the instrument in explosive environments. Store in a well-ventilated and dry area for extended periods. If not used for over 3 months, recharge to maintain the lifespan of the high-energy lithium battery.

In environments with high dust content, the sampling head with a filter membrane should be installed before turning on the machine; otherwise, dust particles may enter the machine and affect the cleanliness of the gas path components. (The two switches on the instrument should be in the off position when not in use to prevent accidental startup by pressing the microcomputer), and do not allow any liquids or particles to be drawn into the machine during sampling.
