详情描述
The DW-500 Low Flow Air Sampler is a standard instrument widely used for collecting samples of toxic substances in environmental health, labor health, and indoor environments.
This instrument utilizes a single-chip microcontroller for circuit timing and power control. It features a compact structure with stable performance, small size, light weight, ease of portability, wide sampling range, and is compatible with various absorption tubes as well as solid adsorption tubes, making it a practical air sampler available on the market.
I. Brief Introduction to Instrument Structure
The main components of the instrument consist of diaphragm pumps, regulating valves, buffers, flowmeters, and central processors.
1. Membrane pump features advanced structure and assembly technology, offering compact design, high efficiency, strong suction pressure, robust load-bearing capacity, stable flow rate, low energy consumption, and low noise. The pump valve blades are made of special rubber, known for its acid and alkali resistance, aging resistance, and long service life. After long-term testing, the performance remains excellent. The pump's motor utilizes electronic speed control, ensuring stable operation even with voltage fluctuations and significant drops in dry battery voltage. During the sampling process, the electronic circuit adjusts power to maintain a stable flow rate for the membrane pump.
2. Time-Controlled Processor - This instrument employs a microcontroller for intelligent design, offering high countdown accuracy. It can be set within a range of 99 hours and 59 minutes. Users frequently set the sampling time to 15 minutes, so to simplify operations, we have set a 15-minute on status, making the operation more convenient and quick.
3. Low-Voltage Indicator: When four characters intermittently flash during operation, it indicates that the instrument's battery is low on charge, and a battery recharge is required.
4. Charging - When the instrument display characters intermittently blink, it's time to charge. Simply plug in the charger for charging; the red light indicates charging in progress, and the green light signals that the battery is fully charged. Charging typically takes 7 to 8 hours (standard), and the instrument uses a lithium-ion battery, which has a large capacity and long service life.
