The DWK-1500E explosion-proof constant current locatable medium flow flow gas sampler, independently researched and manufactured by Yancheng Dewang Instrument Equipment Co., Ltd. with patented technology, is a device capable of collecting gas or vapor samples from the atmosphere. It is suitable for individual toxic substance sampling of occupational hazards in workplaces and for dust sampling of metals and other particulate matter. It is also applicable to routine and emergency monitoring of environmental air, public health, and occupational health.

The Constant-Current Locatable Low-Flow Atmospheric Sampler is primarily composed of: the operating system, intelligent control system, air pump, flow measurement system, and positioning data upload module. It can continuously operate for over 15 hours on a single charge, convenient for sampling tasks. The instrument features real-time flow, sampling volume, sampling time, temperature, atmospheric pressure, and battery level displays. It is compact in structure, small in size, lightweight, durable, with strong load-bearing capacity, stable and accurate flow, and low noise. It is portable for easy use during sampling.

The primary function of this device is to prevent the absorption liquid from being siphoned back into the instrument. In case of back-siphoning, the device completely blocks the liquid from entering the instrument's interior, and it features an alert function. When the absorption liquid reaches the sampling device, a white circular sticker turns red upon contact with liquid, thereby alerting the user that back-siphoning has occurred, triggering the instrument's alarm and causing the fault light to flash. The device will automatically shut down after 30 seconds; at this point, simply pause the host. Open the water-stop device, clean it, replace the new water-stop membrane, and you can continue working. Therefore Significantly reduce Instrument Failure rate and convenient sampling work hours, no need for factory repair.

12. Sampling Mode: ① Recurring Sampling (99 cycles), with options for recurring volume or time sampling. Set the sampling time, interval time, and number of cycles.

② Manual sampling, after setting the sampling flow, you can directly start sampling, with a running timer, and manually stop.

③ Schedule sampling, set the sampling time, and the sampling will stop once the time is reached.

④ Constant-volume sampling (1000L), set the sampling volume to 1000 liters.
