Overview

The Microbial Aerosol Concentrator is based on the Anderson Impaction Principle. The Microbial Aerosol Concentrator is divided into two parts: the collision chamber and the collection chamber. The collision chamber consists of an impact plate and a receiving plate.

This product complies with the standard GB/T 18204.5-2013 "Hygiene Examination Methods for Public Places - Part 5: Central Air Conditioning Ventilation Systems" and the hygiene industry standard WS 394-2012 "Hygiene Specifications for Central Air Conditioning Ventilation Systems in Public Places". It collects air from central air conditioning systems for the detection of Legionella pneumophila. The large collection flow allows particles to be concentrated into the sampler quickly, minimizing the loss of biological activity due to prolonged sampling, and enhancing the practicality of the sampler on-site.

Key Technical Specifications

The main gas flow is adjustable at 108L/min, with an allowable error of ±5%.

The concentrator gas flow is adjustable at 12L/min, with an allowable error of ±5%.

Primary gas flow and concentrated gas flow repeatability error ±2%

The collection efficiency for particles larger than 3um exceeds 90%.

The particle size is cut to Da50=1.1μm at an air flow rate of 100L/min.

Cut particle size with Da50=0.65μm at air flow rate of 150L/min.

The particle size is cut to Da50=0.43μm at an air flow rate of 200L/min.
