Polyurethane extrusion roller

Polyurethane squeeze rollers are industrial roller components made with polyurethane elastomers as the core material, specifically designed for efficient drying of residual liquids (such as cleaners, oil stains, etc.) on the surface of strip materials in rolling production lines. They leverage the high wear resistance (wear rate of 0.03-0.2mm/m), solvent resistance, and wide hardness range (Shore A90-95) of polyurethane materials, allowing for stable operation under high line pressure. They can effectively remove liquids while preventing surface damage to the material. Compared to rubber rollers, they significantly improve wear resistance, tear resistance, and corrosion resistance, making them suitable for stringent environments like pickling lines and cold rolling lines, and support re-coating to extend service life.
