Polyurethane Foam

       Polyurethane foaming is divided into chemical foaming and physical foaming. It involves three stages: expansion, gelation, and curing, and can be applied through spraying, casting, or molding. The foamed products are characterized by their light weight, thermal insulation, and energy-absorbing properties. They are categorized into soft foam (open-celled, high elasticity) and hard foam (closed-celled, high rigidity). They are widely used in building insulation, automotive seats, cold chain equipment, and furniture fillings. By adjusting the catalyst, foaming agent (water or fluorocarbon), and material ratios, the bubble density, hardness, and temperature resistance can be precisely controlled to meet requirements for sound insulation, vibration reduction, or energy-saving.
