Polyurethane Paper Roller

Polyurethane papermaking rollers are industrial roller components based on a metal core, with a surface coated in polyurethane elastomer, specifically designed for critical processes such as pressing, sizing, and soft calendering in modern high-speed papermaking machinery. They achieve this through the properties of the polyurethane material:

       1. Exceptional hardness and wear resistance: Shore hardness up to D75 or above, with 5-10 times the wear resistance of traditional rubber rolls, suitable for high line pressure (>120kN/m) and high-speed (>1200m/min) operation requirements.

       2. Corrosion and Stability: Resistant to solvent swelling and acidic/alkaline erosion, maintaining physical properties stable from -40℃ to 120℃, thereby avoiding the deformation and failure issues typically associated with traditional rubber rollers.

       3. Structural and Functional Optimization: The surface can be designed with grooves to enhance dehydration efficiency, combined with the high resilience (resilience rate ≥95%) of polyurethane elastomers, ensuring uniform pressure application and flatness control of the paper. This roller significantly improves the continuous operation efficiency and product quality of papermaking equipment, becoming an innovative industrial component that replaces traditional rubber rollers.
