Polyurethane Foam

       Polyurethane foaming is categorized into chemical foaming and physical foaming. It involves three stages: expansion, gelling, and curing, and can be applied through spraying, casting, or molding. The foamed products are characterized by their lightweight, insulating, and energy-absorbing properties. They are classified into soft foam (pored, high elasticity) and hard foam (closed cell, high rigidity). They are widely used in building insulation, automotive seats, cold chain equipment, and furniture fillers. By adjusting the catalyst, foaming agents (water or fluoro-carbon types), and raw material ratios, the pore density, hardness, and temperature resistance can be precisely controlled to meet requirements for noise reduction, vibration absorption, or energy-saving.
