Product Overview
7075 aluminum alloy is a cold-working forged alloy with high strength, far surpassing soft steel. It is one of the commercial high-strength alloys. Heat treatment can achieve very high strength properties. The 7075 material typically includes a small amount of copper, chromium, and other alloys, making it an excellent product among aluminum alloys for its high strength. This alloy also boasts good mechanical properties and anodic reactions.
2. 7075 primarily contains zinc. It also belongs to the aerospace series and is an aluminum-magnesium-zinc-copper alloy, a heat-treatable alloy, classified as a super-hard aluminum alloy, known for its excellent wear resistance. 7075 aluminum plates are stress-relieved, ensuring they won't deform or warp after processing. All oversized and thick 7075 aluminum plates are ultrasonic inspected to guarantee no sand holes or impurities. The high thermal conductivity of 7075 aluminum plates can shorten molding time and improve work efficiency. Its main feature is high hardness; 7075 is a high-hardness, high-strength aluminum alloy commonly used in aircraft structures and molds. It is suitable for high-stress structural components and mold manufacturing that require high strength and excellent corrosion resistance.

Product Application
7075 is primarily used for manufacturing aircraft structures and other high-strength, corrosion-resistant, and high-stress structural components, such as upper and lower wing surface panels, trusses, etc. It exhibits good formability after solution heat treatment and has excellent heat treatment strengthening. It maintains good strength below 150 degrees Celsius and boasts exceptional low-temperature strength. However, it has poor welding properties and a tendency for stress corrosion cracking. It is also widely used in mold making, machinery and equipment, fixtures, aerospace and aviation industries, blow molding (bottle) molds, ultrasonic welding molds, golf ball heads, shoe molds, paper-plastic molds, foam molding molds, wax removal molds, and machinery for making high-end aluminum alloy bicycle frames.
