Ingredient Introduction

The composition of Hastelloy C4 primarily includes nickel, chromium, molybdenum, iron, and various other elements. Specifically, nickel constitutes over 64%, with chromium ranging from 14% to 18%, molybdenum from 14% to 17%, and iron from 3% to 7%. Additionally, it contains trace amounts of cobalt, manganese, copper, and other elements.

Good corrosion resistance

Hastelloy C4 boasts excellent corrosion resistance, capable of withstanding the侵蚀 of various highly corrosive media, including acids, bases, and salts. It also maintains good corrosion resistance in strong oxidizing acidic environments, such as in high concentrations of sulfuric acid and nitric acid, among others.

Excellent high-temperature strength and heat resistance; maintains superior mechanical and stable properties under high temperature and pressure conditions; service temperature up to 1000°C.

Excellent processing performance
