GH3536 high-temperature alloy is typically composed of 65% nickel, 22% chromium, 6% iron, 2.5% aluminum, 1.5% titanium, and 1% molybdenum, with nickel being the primary constituent.

 

Physical Properties

The density of GH3536 high-temperature alloy is approximately 8.11 g/cm³, with a melting point of about 1395-1425°C.

 

Mechanical properties

GH3536 high-temperature alloy boasts excellent strength and ductility in high-temperature environments. Its specific mechanical properties are as follows:

Tensile Strength: Approximately 105 Ksi (725 MPa).

Yield strength: Approximately 45 Ksi (310 MPa).

Tensile elongation: Approximately 40%.

 

Welding Performance

GH3536 high-temperature alloy is easy to machine and can be processed using welding methods such as TIG, MIG, MAG, and arc welding. It is important to note that during the welding process, heat and welding speed should be controlled to avoid issues like thermal cracks.

 

Corrosion resistance
