Product Description

AL-6XN is a typical 6 molybdenum (high molybdenum content of 6.3%) super-austenitic stainless steel. It offers superior resistance to chloride pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion compared to 300 series stainless steels, with lower costs than corrosion-resistant nickel-based alloys. It demonstrates excellent corrosion resistance in various severe corrosion environments, suitable for high chloride solutions and chloride corrosion conditions. Used in various high chloride environments: bleaches (sodium hypochlorite, chlorine dioxide), halogens, and chemicals with high salt or seawater content.
