Product Definition

Alloys can be strengthened through cold working and can be joined by resistance welding, fusion welding, or brazing. They are suitable for making oxidation-resistant parts that can withstand low loads at temperatures below 1100°C.

 

Application Fields

Thermocouple sleeve in an erosive atmosphere

Vinyl Chloride Monomer Production: Resistant to chlorine gas, hydrogen chloride, oxidation, and carbonization corrosion

Uranium Oxide Conversion to Hexafluoride: Resistance to Hydrogen Fluoride Corrosion

Production and usage fields of corrosive alkali metals, especially in sulfur-containing environments

Titanium Dioxide produced by Chlorine Gas Method

Production of organic or inorganic chlorides and fluorides: resistant to corrosion by chlorine and fluorine gases

Nuclear reactor

Hot-forged elbow bottles and components in heat treatment furnaces, particularly in carburization and nitriding atmospheres

For catalyst regenerators used in petrochemical production at temperatures above 700°C, it is recommended to use alloy 600H for a longer service life.

 

Manufacture Titanium Dioxide

Excellent resistance to corrosion from reducing, oxidizing, and nitriding mediums.

Excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking at room temperature and high temperatures.

Excellent resistance to corrosion by dry chlorine gas and hydrogen chloride gas.

Excellent mechanical properties at sub-zero, room temperature, and high temperatures.

Due to its excellent resistance to creep fracture strength in controlling carbon content and grain size, it is recommended for use in working environments above 700°C.
