Incoloy

Product Description
Incoloy is a nickel-chromium-iron alloy designed for its resistance to oxidation and carburization at elevated temperatures.
Product Categories
Incoloy alloys come in many varieties, including common types such as Incoloy 800, Incoloy 800H, Incoloy 800HT, Incoloy 825, Incoloy 840, Incoloy 901, Incoloy 925, Incoloy 20, Incoloy 330, and Incoloy 25-6Mo.
Common Materials
Incoloy800
This nickel-iron-chromium-based corrosion-resistant alloy exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in high-temperature steam, including steam-air-CO2 mixed gases, and its stress corrosion resistance in some high-temperature, high-pressure water media is significantly superior to 18-8 stainless steel and Inconel 600. It also boasts good corrosion resistance in H2+H2S media and superior stress corrosion resistance in alkaline media containing NaOH compared to high-nickel alloys like Inconel 600.
This alloy's primary products include bars, tubes, plates, strips, wires, and forgings, mainly used in the nuclear, petrochemical, chemical, and food industries.
Incoloy825
This alloy is a nickel-iron-chromium based corrosion-resistant alloy, containing trace amounts of molybdenum and copper. It exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in both reducing and oxidizing acids, as well as resistance to stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion. It also has good corrosion resistance to sulfuric and phosphoric acids. The alloy boasts excellent cold and hot working properties, making it easy to cold form and weld.
This alloy primarily produces bars, pipes, plates, strips, wires, and forgings, etc., and is mainly used in industries such as chemicals, petrochemicals, nuclear industry, and rare metal extraction.
