630 Stainless Steel Tube

Product Introduction
630 stainless steel is a precipitation, hardening, and martensitic stainless steel.
630 stainless steel is a precipitation-hardened, martensitic stainless steel composed of copper, niobium/tantalum.
This grade features high strength, hardness (up to 300°C/572°F), and corrosion resistance.
After heat treatment, the product's mechanical properties are further enhanced, achieving a pressure resistance of up to 1100-1300 MPa (160-190 ksi) for grade 1530-11.
Martensitic precipitation-hardened stainless steel with copper and niobium, its strength can be adjusted by altering the heat treatment process. It boasts superior corrosion resistance compared to Cr13, 431, and 9cr18 steel, as well as better resistance to corrosion fatigue and water spatter erosion than 12% chromium martensitic stainless steel. It has good machinability, simple heat treatment, straightforward welding techniques, and is easy to process and manufacture, although it's challenging for deep cold forming.
Product Features
630 stainless steel is a precipitation-hardened, quench-and-tempered, and martensitic stainless steel, exhibiting high strength, hardness, and corrosion resistance. After heat treatment, the product's mechanical properties are further enhanced, achieving a tensile strength of up to 1100-1300 MPa (160-190 ksi). This grade is not suitable for temperatures above 300°C (570°F) or extremely low temperatures. It offers excellent corrosion resistance against atmospheric conditions and diluted acids or salts, with the same corrosion resistance as 304 and 430 grades.
