One, Application Scope
These evaporators are primarily designed for the evaporation of low-concentration, low-viscosity liquid materials, removing excess water to achieve concentration.
Emulsions (cooling and lubricating oils), release agents (for the aluminum die-casting industry), various cleaning wastewater, circuit board wastewater, electroplating wastewater, grinding hardening process wastewater. Membrane-filtered concentrated water, ion-exchange reclaimed wastewater, radioactive wastewater, landfill leachate, dye wastewater, papermaking wastewater, textile dyeing wastewater.
II. Equipment Composition
Composed of heat exchangers, evaporators, compressors, vacuum units, circulating pumps, operation platforms, electrical instrument control cabinets, valves, and pipelines, the structure is extremely simple.
III. Operating Principle
The heat pump evaporator utilizes the principle of heat pump compression, simultaneously outputting heat and cold media at both ends to evaporate the material and condense the steam.At the same time, high vacuum ensures that materials can be evaporated at low temperatures.
This equipment is fully automatic. Once the evaporator reaches the medium liquid level, it automatically fills with water. The pump operates to create a vacuum, and the compressor runs to generate heat for heating the waste water inside the evaporator. In the vacuum state, the temperature of the waste water rises to30°C, wastewater starts to evaporate; preheating is complete.

Compared to traditional evaporation technology, heat pump evaporation technology can save over 90% in energy consumption.
2. Electric as the heat source, eliminating the need for steam heating or as a supplementary heat source, thereby significantly reducing the investment and consumption of auxiliary equipment.
3. As heat pumps can simultaneously condense the steam produced by the coolant on materials, external cooling water supply is not required, thus significantly reducing the consumption of equipment accessories, cooling water, and electricity.
4. Modular design. The equipment has a compact structure, occupies minimal space, and is quick and easy to assemble and operate.
5. Low-temperature evaporation. Evaporation temperature can reach up to 32°C, suitable for heat-sensitive materials. Reduces the degree of corrosion on equipment for corrosive materials, thereby extending the lifespan of the equipment.
6. Full automation in control and operation.
7. Compared to MVR evaporators, it is easier to operate, has fewer control points, higher automation, lower failure rate, stable operation, and lower costs for maintenance and repair.
