The main unit is an inter-wall vacuum heat exchange device, which can separate high-concentration saline wastewater into dried crystalline solids and relatively pure evaporative condensate water through vacuum evaporation. It is specifically designed for high-salt and high-...COD wastewater treatment design with a reduction equipment, post-use can significantly save users' costs for hazardous (solid) waste disposal.

The main feature of the unit is the complete utilization of the latent heat of the raw steam, along with a specially designed heat transfer surface that recovers a certain amount of sensible heat from high-temperature condensate water. The scraper mechanism designed within the main unit continuously refreshes the heat transfer surface of the evaporative heat exchange, maintaining efficient evaporation operation.

The automatic control system of the equipment can start up with a single button press: 1st material feedingHeating → Evaporation → Crystallization → Drying → Discharge → Second feeding... This process continuously circulates to achieve automated operation. Discharge of solids, condensate water, and steam condensate drainage are all automated, requiring only manual inspection and transfer of dried solids.
