The large-capacity two-dimensional mixer is mainly composed of three major parts: the drum, the swing frame, and the machine frame. The drum is mounted on the swing frame, supported by four roller wheels, and axially positioned by two stop wheels. Among the four support roller wheels, two drive wheels are driven by the rotating power system to rotate the drum. The swing frame is driven by a set of crank rocker mechanisms, which are mounted on the machine frame. The swing frame is supported on the machine frame by a bearing assembly. The large-capacity two-dimensional mixer is widely used in industries such as chemicals, food, dyes, feed, and fertilizer, particularly suitable for mixing large-tonnage (1000L to 10000L) of various powdered and granular materials.

The high-capacity two-dimensional blender can perform two motions simultaneously: one is the self-rotation of the drum, and the other is the swinging motion of the drum with the swing frame. As the mixed materials rotate, flip, and mix within the drum, they also undergo a back-and-forth blending motion due to the drum's swinging. Under the combined action of these two motions, the materials are thoroughly mixed in a short period. The discharge of the mixing drum is equipped with spiral blades, enabling the blender to mix quickly, handle large volumes, and facilitate easy output.
