The YKl60 series granule machine is a newly developed belt-type drying mechanism for granulating and spreading granules, designed by our company to meet customer needs and address the shortcomings of existing oscillating granule machines. It references the characteristics of belt drying equipment, absorbs advanced technology, and undergoes innovative design. The machine features a simple and reasonable structure, efficient energy utilization, advanced granulation method, and energy-saving properties. It combines three functions: granulation, crushing, and spreading, achieving the purpose of multi-functionality with a single machine. Suitable for various industries such as chemicals and food, it can produce granules of different specifications. Its advantages include adjustable granulation speed within a certain range, and uniform spreading that maintains consistency between wet and dry granules. User feedback consistently indicates that the machine produces uniform granules with a low powder content, is easy to operate, has a long service life, and meets GMP specifications.
Uniform particle size, simple control; this machine is designed to mix moist powder blends, which are forced through a sieve by the forward and reverse rotation of the drum, forming granules. Adjusting the tension of the sieve and the speed of the drum can control the particle size and density of the granules to a certain extent.
The shaft rotates with a good seal, preventing material contamination: The main shaft of this machine is above the transmission and is designed with a tight shaft head sealing structure, ensuring that the shaft does not leak oil or allow material to penetrate, thereby avoiding contamination of the material by lubricating oil and meeting GMP requirements.
Electromagnetic speed control, featuring both deceleration and acceleration capabilities; this machine utilizes an electromagnetic speed control device to alter the spindle speed. The faster the speed, the more the particles become loose; conversely, the slower the speed, the tighter the particles. The speed variation allows for achieving the desired particle size. Additionally, the main spindle transmission, based on gear changes, can accelerate or decelerate the spindle speed.
Aesthetically pleasing and easy to clean; the machine's housing is fully wrapped in brushed stainless steel, ensuring cleanliness, non-toxicity, and excellent corrosion resistance. The only parts requiring cleaning are the granulation chamber, primarily the sieve and hexagonal roller. The roller does not need to be disassembled, and the sieve is easy to remove and lightweight, making cleaning a breeze.
