Main Uses and Structural Features of Machining Machines:

1. This machine tool is a four-axis two-axis联动(X, Z axis) vertical CNC inner and outer cylindrical composite grinder, equipped with a Siemens 828D CNC system. It can grind the inner bore, inner step bore, outer diameter, and outer end face of workpieces in a single setup. It includes automatic feeding, rough grinding, and fine grinding; the wheel feed, withdrawal, wheel correction, and compensation are all automatically completed.

2. Machine tools feature independent lateral feed on X1, X2 axes; grinding frame with independent up and down reciprocating motion on Z1, Z2 axes; both X and Z axes utilize grating scale closed-loop control. The reciprocating grinding frame is balanced by a hydraulic balancing device to counteract gravity, ensuring the balance of up and down movement.

3. All grinding wheels operate at variable speed, allowing you to select the appropriate wheel speed based on the workpiece requirements. Additionally, vertical or horizontal grinding heads are configured according to the user's needs for processing parts.

4. The guideways use roller linear steel guideways; the screws are precision ball screws. Both the machine tool guideways and ball screws are automatically lubricated by a lubrication station, and are protected by sealed enclosures.

5. The workpiece spindle features a hydrostatic spindle. Clamping is done using collets or electromagnetic chuck, and additional fixtures that match the specific characteristics of the user's parts can be configured accordingly.

6. Machining centers are available with two different types of protective enclosures: semi-enclosed and fully enclosed, for customer selection. Cooling liquid filtration is achieved with a precision filter system using magnetic separation and paper tape. The machine tools can be equipped with diamond roller dresser or single-point diamond pen dresser.
