★ This machine tool is a four-axis (X workpiece transverse feed, Z1, Z2 abrasive wheel longitudinal movement, B horizontal directional indexing) multifunctional CNC grinder, mainly used for the grinding of complex shapes such as inner circular holes, inner tapered holes, inner ends, outer circles, outer tapered surfaces, outer ends, and spherical surfaces. The grinding cycles are all automatically completed (including automatic feeding, retracting, rough grinding, and fine grinding; automatic abrasive wheel correction, automatic compensation, etc.).

★ The machine tool employs workpiece feeding, a B-axis (torque turntable), and a structure with two independent worktables (grinding wheel stands) capable of left-right movement. The X and Z-axis motion guides are both roller linear guides, driven by servo motors to move ball screws. The rotating speed of both the workpiece spindle and the grinding wheel spindle is controlled by a variable-frequency inverter for stepless speed adjustment. The workpiece clamping is hydraulic power chuck, and other matching fixtures can be configured according to the special characteristics of the customer's workpiece.

★ Machine tools are equipped with a fully enclosed protective housing, featuring a front-mounted rotating control box and a rear-mounted backpack-style electrical cabinet.
