The MK215 CNC internal cylindrical grinder's main applications and structural features:

★This machine tool is a two-axis (X-axis, Z-axis) CNC internal cylindrical grinding machine, primarily used for grinding the internal cylindrical holes, step holes, internal and external end faces of workpieces. The grinding cycles are all automatically completed (including automatic feed, retract, rough and fine grinding; automatic truing of the abrasive wheel, and automatic compensation functions).

★Machine tools adopt a structure with the workpiece box feeding forward and backward, and the worktable (grinding wheel stand) moving left and right. Both the workpiece box feed and the grinding wheel stand movement are guided by linear roller guides, all driven by servo motors to move ball screw shafts.

★The main shaft and grinding wheel electric spindle rotation speeds are both controlled by a variable frequency drive, achieving stepless speed adjustment.

★The workpiece fixture is a hydraulic-powered chuck, and other matching fixtures can be configured according to the special characteristics of the customer's workpiece.

★The machine tool features a fully enclosed housing, with a front-mounted rotating operating box and a rear-mounted backpack-style electrical cabinet.
