Key Features of This Machining Center

This machine tool is a two-axis (X-axis, Z-axis) CNC internal grinding machine, primarily used for grinding the internal cylindrical holes, stepped holes, internal and external ends of workpieces. The grinding cycles are all automatically completed (with features such as automatic feeding, retracting, rough and fine grinding; automatic truing of the abrasive wheel, and automatic compensation).

Machine tools utilize a workpiece box for fixation, with the worktable moving left and right, and the grinding wheel carriage feeding forward and backward. Both the worktable and grinding wheel carriage are driven by servo motors to move on ball screw linear guides.

The rotating speed of both the workpiece spindle and the grinding wheel spindle is controlled by a variable frequency drive, achieving stepless speed adjustment.

Machine tools are equipped with front-mounted moving control boxes and independent electrical cabinets. Protective enclosures are available in two different styles: semi-enclosed or fully enclosed, for customer selection.
