Main Applications and Structural Features:

★ This machine tool is a three-axis (X feed, Z abrasive wheel, B indexing shaft) CNC internal grinding machine, primarily used for grinding internal circular holes, internal conical holes, internal end faces, and external end faces of workpieces. The grinding cycle is fully automated (including automatic feeding, retracting, rough and finish grinding; automatic dressing of the abrasive wheel, and automatic compensation features).

★ Machining centers feature workpiece feeding, B-axis indexing (torque turntable), and a structure with the worktable (grinding wheel stand) moving left and right. Both the workpiece box feeding and the grinding wheel stand movement guides are equipped with rolling linear guides, all driven by servo motors and ball screw movements. The rotating speeds of both the workpiece spindle and the grinding wheel spindle are controlled by variable-frequency drives for stepless speed adjustment. The workpiece clamping is hydraulic power chuck, and other matching fixtures can be configured according to the specific characteristics of the user's workpiece.

★ The machine tool features a fully enclosed protective housing, a front-mounted rotating operation box, and a rear-mounted backpack-style electrical cabinet.
