The MK2120 CNC internal cylindrical grinder is primarily used for and features the following:

● This machine tool is a two-axis (X-axis, Z-axis) CNC internal cylindrical grinder, primarily used for grinding the internal cylindrical holes, stepped holes, internal and external ends of workpieces. The grinding cycles are all automatically completed (including automatic feeding, retracting, rough and fine grinding; automatic wheel correction, automatic compensation, etc.).

● Machining centers feature a structure with the workpiece box advancing front and back, and the worktable (grinding wheel stand) moving left and right. Both the workpiece box feed and the grinding wheel stand movement are guided by linear roller guides, all driven by servo motors to move ball screw shafts.

● The rotating speed of the workpiece spindle and the grinding wheel electric spindle is controlled by a variable-frequency inverter, achieving stepless speed regulation.

● The workpiece fixture is a hydraulic-powered chuck, and can also be configured with other matching fixtures according to the specific characteristics of the user's workpiece.

● The machine tool features a fully enclosed housing, with a front-mounted rotating control box and a rear-mounted backpack-style electrical cabinet.
