Machine Tool Structural Features and Performance

● This machine tool is a two-axis CNC external cylindrical grinding machine (with the abrasive wheel carriage feeding horizontally along the x-axis and the worktable moving longitudinally along the z-axis) featuring two-axis linkage. The CNC system utilizes internationally or domestically renowned brands. It is equipped with automatic feed, retract, rough and fine grinding, wheel correction, and automatic compensation functions. With the addition of an automatic measuring instrument, it can achieve a full closed-loop function for the grinding cycle.

● The grinding wheel spindle uses a sleeve-type or a dynamic/kinematic pressure spindle. The grinding table guide rail employs steel guide rails, while the worktable guide rail utilizes flat V-shaped plastic-lubricated guide rails. The feed mechanism and worktable movement are driven by a servo motor and ball screw.

● The machine tool body is cast from cast iron, featuring a fully enclosed protective housing, a rear-mounted backpack-style electrical cabinet, and a front-mounted rotating operation panel.
