★ This machine tool is a three-axis CNC universal cylindrical grinding machine (X-axis for lateral feed of the grinding wheel carriage, Z-axis for longitudinal movement of the worktable, and B-axis for indexing rotation of the grinding wheel carriage base). The CNC system uses internationally or domestically renowned brands. It features automatic feeding and retracting, rough and finish grinding, grinding wheel correction, automatic compensation, and the automatic rotation of the grinding wheel carriage, plus an automatic measuring device to achieve a full closed-loop grinding cycle function.

★ The abrasive wheel chuck automatic rotation B-axis is driven by a torque motor, the abrasive wheel spindle is of sleeve or hydrostatic/dynamic spindle type, the abrasive wheel chuck guide rail is made of steel guide rail, the worktable guide rail is equipped with a flat V-shaped plastic-lubricated guide rail, and the feeding mechanism and worktable movement are driven by servo motor ball screw.

★ The machine tool body is cast from cast iron, featuring a fully enclosed protective casing, a rear-mounted backpack-style electrical cabinet, and a front-mounted rotating operating panel.
