Machine Tool Structure Features and Performance

● This machine tool is a two-axis (X-axis with the grinding wheel carriage moving horizontally at an angle and Z-axis with the worktable moving longitudinally) two-axis linkage bevel face CNC outer cylindrical grinding machine, equipped with a CNC system from an international or domestic well-known brand. It features automatic feed, retract, rough and finish grinding, truing of the grinding wheel, and automatic compensation functions. With the addition of an automatic measuring instrument, it can achieve a full closed-loop function for the grinding cycle of outer cylindrical and end faces.

● The abrasive wheel spindle is equipped with sleeve-type or static/dynamic pressure spindle. The abrasive wheel mounting guide rail uses steel guide rails, and the worktable guide rail utilizes flat V-type plastic-lubricated guide rails. The feeding mechanism and worktable movement are driven by a servo motor and ball screw.

● The machine tool body is cast from cast iron, featuring a fully enclosed protective housing, a rear-mounted backpack-style electrical cabinet, and a front-mounted rotating operating screen.
