Stretched Part

The stretch parts should be as simple and symmetrical as possible, and capable of being formed in one stretch. The size range of the stretch parts is vast, from a few millimeters to several meters, and the deep drawing process plays a significant role in the production of various industries, including automotive, motorcycle, tractor, aircraft, electronic instruments, and everyday items.

The radial dimensions of stretched parts should only be marked with either the outer or inner dimensions, not both. For drawn parts with steps, the dimensions in the height direction are generally marked with the bottom of the drawn part as the reference. The distance from the hole edge on the bottom or flange of the stretching mold product to the side wall should be appropriate.
