Aluminum stampings

Aluminum stampings should be as simple and symmetrical as possible, allowing for one-time stretch forming. The size range of the stretchable parts is extensive, ranging from a few millimeters to several meters. In the production of industries such as automobiles, motorcycles, tractors, aircraft, electronic instruments, and household goods, deep drawing plays a quite significant role.

The radial dimensions of aluminum stamping parts should be marked only as outer or inner dimensions, not both. For drawn parts with steps, the dimensions in the height direction are generally marked with the bottom of the drawn part as the reference. The distance from the hole edge on the bottom or flange of the stretching mold product to the side wall should be appropriate.
