Metal stamping parts processing includes stamping, bending, deep drawing, forming, and finishing processes. ④ Designed stamping parts should aim for lower dimensional accuracy and surface roughness requirements, while ensuring proper functionality, to facilitate product interchangeability and reduce waste.

The designed stamping parts should facilitate the use of existing equipment, process tools, and processes for their fabrication, as well as benefit the extension of the die's service life.
