Fuel-gas boilers differ from coal-fired boilers as they require burners to inject fuel into the boiler furnace, utilizing firebox combustion without the need for a grate system. Since fuel-gas boilers do not produce fuel ash after combustion, they do not require slag discharge facilities. If the oil or gas injected into the furnace mixes with air within a certain range or extinguishes, it is prone to explosion. Therefore, fuel-gas boilers must be equipped with automated combustion and control systems. Fuel-gas boilers are compact in structure; the small boiler body, along with its ventilation, water supply, control, and auxiliary equipment, is all mounted on a distribution box. Larger and medium-sized boilers can also be assembled for delivery.

Fuel-gas steam boilers are of the internal combustion three-pass fire-tube type. They feature a low-position symmetrical arrangement with a wet-back furnace drum structure, where high-temperature flue gases sequentially wash over the second to third-pass flue tubes, and then are discharged into the atmosphere through the rear smoke chamber and chimney. The boiler is equipped with removable front and rear smoke box lids for easy maintenance. The boiler is fitted with an industrial burner of good technical performance, incorporating advanced technologies such as automatic proportional combustion adjustment, automatic water regulation, programmed start/stop, and full automatic operation. It also features automatic protection functions including high and low water level alarms, and protection against low water level, excessive steam pressure, and extinguishing.

Fuel-gas steam boilers feature compact structure, reliable safety, easy operation, quick installation, low pollution, and minimal noise.

1) Steam boilers with a design water volume of ≤30L are not within the scope of boiler safety supervision. They do not require manufacturing supervision, approval, installation inspection, annual inspection, or a usage permit.
