Two main categories of vibratory fluidized bed dryers exist. One type features a vibration motor directly mounted on the fluidized bed, driving either horizontal rectangular or vertical circular beds. Its characteristics include a simple fluidized bed structure, easy installation, and low cost. The other type separates the vibration part from the motor, using a box-type exciter fixed at one end of the fluidized bed with a plate spring mechanism, featuring a complex vibration and transmission mechanism. It is more expensive and typically used in large-sized fluidized bed dryers, known for stable operation and uniform fluidization state.
