Product Structure:

The roller scraper dryer is composed of main roller, frame, feeding device (top feeding or bottom immersion), driving mechanism, screw feeding device, dust extraction unit, scraper unit, and other components.



Principle:
A rolling scraper dryer is an internally heated continuous drying equipment with conduction. The rotating drum, through its lower feed trough, adheres a thick layer of material film. Heat is transported to the inner wall of the drum via pipes, conducted to the outer wall of the drum, and then transferred to the material film, causing the moisture in the film to evaporate and dehumidify, thereby drying the moisture-containing material. The dried material is scraped off the drum surface by a scraper and transferred to a spiral conveyor placed below the scraper, where it is then concentrated and packaged.

Features:

1. The drying time with a rolling scraper dryer is short. The drying cycle for materials typically only takes 10-15 seconds, making it suitable for heat-sensitive materials. If the drum dryer is set in a vacuum chamber, it can operate under reduced pressure conditions.

2. High thermal efficiency due to the heat conduction mechanism of the drum dryer, where the heat transfer direction remains consistent throughout the operation cycle. Apart from the heat loss through the cover and radiation, all remaining heat is utilized for the evaporation of moisture in the drum material film, achieving a thermal efficiency of 80%-90%.

The divider has wide applicability. It can be used for drying liquids and semi-viscous materials in industries such as chemicals, dyes, food, and metallurgy.

4. High drying rate. Due to the thin coating on the cylinder wall, typically 0.3~1.5mm, with consistent heat and mass transfer directions, the surface of the coating can maintain an evaporation rate of 30-70 kg·H2O/m²·h.
