Features Introduction


V8N online vacuum welding furnace features low vacuum level, high yield, low energy consumption, low nitrogen consumption, and small land occupation.

V8N is specifically designed and optimized for the special requirements of vacuum welding encapsulation for IGBT modules and MOSFET devices in the power semiconductor industry.

A meticulously optimized vacuum furnace designed considering the numerous issues industry clients are facing.

(1). High production rate: One batch of IGBT modules can be焊接 every 4-10 minutes.

(2). Low energy consumption: Total start-up power: 66KW; Average operating power: 10-12KW

(3). Low nitrogen consumption: The nitrogen consumption is only 1/2 to 2/3 of that of other similar vacuum furnace products.

(4). Small land area: Dimensions: 4550×1200×1620mm.

Product Features

Meets welding requirements for various solders (≤400℃).

For example: SAC305 solder paste; Sn63Pb37 solder paste; Sn90Sb10 solder paste; In97Ag3 solder paste; In52Sn48 solder paste, and various other compositions of solder paste.

V8N Welding Porosity Rate: Weld pad porosity <2%. Individual porosity <1%. Different welding materials and atmospheres affect welding. The current data is a comprehensive result based on customer testing. This data varies for different welding products.

V8N supports nitrogen or formic acid atmosphere working environment, catering to various welding processes.

V8N vacuum reflow soldering machine configuration software control system, modular design setup, user-friendly interface.

Equipment requires no calibration; no additional calibration fees will be incurred.
