【Feature Introduction】

Fully automatic nano-silver/nano-copper positive pressure sintering furnace, primarily sintered by mechanical pressure. In terms of pressure equipment selection, this design employs a precise pressure control system to achieve high-precision pressure application.

The overall furnace chamber and structural design utilize a vacuum-sealed structure, allowing for sintering in a vacuum environment or within other (two or more) atmospheres, enhancing the quality of the sintered product.

The complete equipment includes: transmission system, lifting system, pressure system, vacuum system, heating system, temperature control system, cooling system, etc. It consists of two stages: pre-pressure and in-pressure.
