Feature Introduction
Welding Temperature: The actual welding temperature of the high-purity vacuum eutectic furnace is ≤500℃.
Ultimate Vacuum: ≤10 Pa; Operating Vacuum: 10 Pa.
Effective Welding Area: ≤260mm x 240mm
Furnace chamber height: ≤100mm, special heights available upon request.
Heating Method: Bottom and top infrared radiation heating are used, with a semiconductor-grade silicon carbide platform for the heating plate. The silicon carbide platform is durable and resists deformation over long-term use, offering excellent thermal conductivity for a more uniform surface temperature of the heating plate.
Uniformity of temperature: ≤1% within the effective welding area
Ramp-up Rate: The heating platform's ramp-up rate is ≤ 120℃/min.
High-purity vacuum eutectic furnace with selected heating improves heating efficiency while ensuring more uniform platform temperature. This enhances welding consistency and quality, with controllable heating rate.
Cooling Rate: 60-120℃/min cooling rate (slope for temperature drop from 100℃ under no-load condition).
Heating Platform: Utilizes a combination of air and water cooling methods to achieve rapid cooling of the heating plate, enhancing the rate of temperature decrease. It also prevents poor component sintering due to excessive temperature difference during cooling. The cooling rate can be controlled by the process, while also meeting the requirements for slow cooling.
Welding materials meeting welding requirements up to ≤500°C.
For example: pre-formed solder sheets such as In97Ag3, In52Sn48, Au80Sn20, SAC305, Sn90Sb10, Sn63Pb37, Sn62Pb36Ag2 (suitable for soldering without flux), various types of solder paste, and curing of materials below 500 degrees.
Welding Porosity Rate:
The high-purity vacuum eutectic furnace has been verified by numerous customers during soft soldering, achieving an air void rate of 0-3%.
Temperature Control System & Temperature Measurement System
11.1 The high-purity vacuum eutectic furnace utilizes the temperature control technology of Zhongke Tongzhi, with a temperature control accuracy of ±1°C.
11.2 The high-purity vacuum eutectic furnace temperature curve can be set to 40 segments, with 6 sets of PID settings for more precise temperature control, ensuring consistent and reliable welding. Temperature control is lag-based, while PID control has a predictive adjustment function, which can enhance temperature control accuracy and stability.
11.3 The high-purity vacuum eutectic furnace cavity is equipped with 4 standard thermocouple temperature sensors. During operation, these sensors can provide real-time feedback on the temperature at any position within the cavity, and the control software displays the temperature curve in real time, ensuring better temperature control of the welding area and supporting the achievement of an optimal process curve.
Cavity atmosphere environment
High-purity vacuum eutectic furnace, capable of filling with nitrogen inert gas to assist welding, while meeting formic acid reduction atmosphere process requirements. The process atmosphere can be precisely controlled by either time or a MFC mass flow controller, ensuring consistency in each set process completion. The equipment is equipped with an enclosed exhaust gas exhaust channel and filtration system, processing and exhausting through the exhaust channel to ensure normal operation of the equipment. Suitable for welding without flux.
SHV-30 High Purity Vacuum Eutectic Furnace Configuration Software Control System:
The software control system is based on the Windows operating system and is easy to operate.
Process programming can be achieved through conditions such as temperature, time, pressure, and vacuum, with the software automatically controlling the entire process.
The process curve programming features an infinite number of process actions, meeting complex process requirements.
The control system accommodates various welding process curves and allows for setting, modifying, storing, and recalling based on different processes.
The control system features an integrated analysis function, capable of analyzing process curves to determine information such as heating, constant temperature, and cooling.
The software control system automatically records the welding process and temperature control/temperature measurement curves in real-time, ensuring traceability of the component process, and automatically stores them in the corresponding directory based on the process working time.
The high-purity vacuum eutectic furnace features a closed-cavity structure for long-term reliability. Closing the lid during operation does not cause component displacement, thus avoiding vibration that could affect welding quality. The single-chamber process meets both heating and cooling requirements.
High-purity vacuum eutectic furnace with a viewing window on the lid, allowing observation of the sintering process through a CCD camera or microscope. The lid operates automatically for up and down movement, with all other operations controlled by software except for manual handling of parts.
