详情描述
【Features Introduction】
Welding Temperature: Actual welding temperature in high-purity vacuum eutectic furnace ≥ 500°C.
Ultimate Vacuum: ≤10 Pa; Operating Vacuum: 10 Pa.
Effective Welding Area: ≥260mm x 240mm
Furnace chamber height: ≥100mm, special heights available upon request.
Heating Method: Bottom and top infrared radiation heating are used, with a semiconductor-grade silicon carbide platform for the heating plate. The silicon carbide platform is resistant to deformation over long-term use and boasts high thermal conductivity, ensuring a more even surface temperature of the heating plate.
Uniformity of temperature: ≤1% within the effective welding area
Rising Temperature Rate: Heating platform rising temperature rate ≤ 120℃/min.
High-purity vacuum eutectic furnace with selected heating enhances heating efficiency while ensuring more uniform platform temperature, improving welding consistency and quality, with controllable heating rate.
Cooling Rate: 60-120℃/min cooling rate (slope for 100℃ temperature drop from no-load).
Heating Platform: Utilizes a combination of air and water cooling methods to achieve rapid cooling of the heating plate, enhancing the rate of temperature decrease. It also prevents poor component sintering due to excessive temperature difference during cooling. The cooling rate can be controlled through the process, while also meeting the requirements for slow cooling.
Welding materials meeting welding requirements up to ≤500°C.
For example: Pre-formed solder strips such as In97Ag3, In52Sn48, Au80Sn20, SAC305, Sn90Sb10, Sn63Pb37, Sn62Pb36Ag2 (suitable for eutectic welding without flux), various types of solder paste, and curing of materials below 500 degrees.
Weld Porosity Rate:
The high-purity vacuum eutectic furnace has been verified by numerous customers during soft soldering, achieving an air void rate of 0-3%.
Temperature Control System and Temperature Measurement System
11.1 The high-purity vacuum eutectic furnace employs the temperature control technology of Zhongke Comrade, with a temperature control accuracy of ±1°C.
11.2 The high-purity vacuum eutectic furnace temperature curve can be set to 40 segments, with 6 groups of PID settings for more precise temperature control, ensuring welding consistency and reliability. Temperature control is lag-based, while PID control has a lead adjustment function, which can enhance temperature control accuracy and stability.
11.3 The high-purity vacuum eutectic furnace cavity is equipped with 4 sets of temperature measurement thermocouples as standard. During operation, the equipment can provide real-time feedback on the temperature at any position within the cavity, and display the temperature curve in real-time within the control software. This better ensures temperature control in the welding area, supporting the achievement of a good process curve.
Cavity atmosphere environment
High-purity vacuum eutectic furnace, capable of filling with nitrogen inert gas to assist in welding, while meeting the formaldehyde reduction atmosphere process requirements. The process atmosphere can be precisely controlled by either time or by an MFC mass flow controller, ensuring consistency in each set process completion. The equipment is equipped with an enclosed exhaust gas outlet channel and a filtration system, which processes and exhausts through the outlet channel, ensuring normal equipment operation. Suitable for welding without flux.
SHV-30 High-Purity Vacuum Eutectic Furnace Configured with Software Control System:
The software control system is based on the Windows operating system and is easy to operate.
Process programming is achievable through conditions such as temperature, time, pressure, and vacuum, with the software automatically controlling the entire process.
The process curve programming features an infinite number of process actions, meeting complex process requirements.
Control systems accommodate various welding process curves and can be set, modified, stored, and retrieved based on different processes.
The control system comes with built-in analysis capabilities, enabling the analysis of process curves to determine information such as heating, maintenance of constant temperature, and cooling.
The software control system automatically records the welding process and temperature control/temperature measurement curves in real-time, ensuring traceability of the device process, and stores them in the corresponding directory automatically according to the process working time.
The high-purity vacuum eutectic furnace features a closed-cavity structure for long-term reliability. Closing the lid during operation does not cause device displacement, preventing vibration that might affect welding quality. The single-chamber process meets both heating and cooling requirements.
High-purity vacuum eutectic furnace with a viewport on the lid, allowing observation of the sintering process through CCD or a microscope. The lid automatically raises and lowers, with all other operations, except for manual handling of parts, being controlled by software.
