Optional Positive Pressure Module:

Equipment can be optionally equipped with a positive pressure module ≤0.2Mpa, which can meet both positive and negative pressure process requirements. The positive pressure process can effectively address the issue of displacement of small components during welding (e.g., MiniLED, MicroLED), as well as solve the problem of solder paste flux spatter in soldering processes (e.g., lead frame products).

Temperature Control System and Temperature Measurement System

The V3DR formic acid reflux kettle utilizes advanced intelligent temperature control technology, with a temperature control accuracy of ±1°C.

The V3DR formic acid reflux furnace temperature curve can be set up to 40 segments, with 3 sets of PID (6 sets available) for precise temperature control, ensuring consistent and reliable welding. Temperature control is lag-based, while PID control offers predictive regulation, enhancing temperature control accuracy and stability.

The V3DR formic acid reflux furnace cavity is equipped with 2 sets of temperature measurement thermocouples as standard. During operation, the equipment can provide real-time feedback on the temperature at any position within the cavity and display the temperature measurement curve in real-time within the control software, ensuring better temperature control in the welding area and supporting the achievement of a favorable process curve.

Cavity atmosphere environment

The V3DR formic acid reflux furnace is capable of being filled with nitrogen inert gas to assist in welding, while also meeting the process requirements for formic acid and nitrogen-hydrogen mixed gas reduction atmosphere. The process atmosphere can be precisely controlled by either time or by an MFC mass flow controller, ensuring consistency in each set process. Suitable for welding without flux.

The software control system is based on the Windows operating system and is easy to operate.

Process programming can be achieved through conditions such as temperature, time, pressure, and vacuum, with the software automatically controlling the entire process.

The process curve programming supports an infinite number of process actions, meeting complex process requirements.

The control system accommodates various welding process curves and allows for setting, modifying, storing, and recalling based on different processes.

The control system comes with an analytical feature that can analyze process curves, determining information such as heating, holding temperature, and cooling.

The software control system automatically records real-time welding processes and temperature control/temperature measurement curves, ensuring traceability of the device's process, and automatically stores them in the corresponding directory based on the process working time.

The V3DR formic acid reflux furnace features an all-encompassing, fully automatic cavity structure, ensuring reliability for long-term use. The lid automatically closes during operation, preventing any displacement of components and avoiding vibration that could affect焊接 quality. The single-chamber process meets both heating and cooling requirements.
