Heating Method: Utilizes both bottom and top infrared radiation heating. The heat plate is equipped with a semiconductor-grade graphite-doped silicon carbide platform. This platform, due to its long-term stability and high thermal conductivity, ensures more uniform surface temperature on the heat plate.

Temperature Uniformity: ≤±2% within the effective welding area.

Rising Rate: The rising rate can reach 120℃/min.

The V4DR formic acid reflux reactor is equipped with top heating, which enhances heating efficiency while ensuring more uniform platform temperature, thereby improving welding consistency and quality.

Cooling Rate: The cooling rate can reach 120℃/min (within the range of 150℃ high-temperature no-load).

Silicon Carbide Heating Platform: Utilizes a combination of air-cooling and water-cooling for rapid heat sink cooling, enhancing cooling speed, and preventing device sintering due to excessive temperature difference during the cooling process.

Meets welding requirements for various solders (≤450°C).

For example: In97Ag3, In52Sn48, Au80Sn20, SAC305, Sn90Sb10, Sn63Pb37, Sn62Pb36Ag2 pre-formed solder strips (suitable for eutectic welding without flux), and various types of solder paste.

Weld porosity rate:

The V4DR formic acid reflux furnace, after being verified by numerous customers during soft soldering material welding, can control the void rate below 2%.

Optional Positive Pressure Module:

The equipment can be optionally equipped with a positive pressure module ≤0.2Mpa, which can meet both positive and negative pressure process requirements. The positive pressure process can effectively address the issue of displacement of small devices during welding (such as MiniLED, MicroLED, etc.) and solve the issue of solder paste flux splatter in the soldering process (for lead frame products).

Temperature Control System and Temperature Measurement System

The V4DR formic acid reflux kettle utilizes advanced temperature control technology, with a temperature precision of ±1℃.

The V4DR formic acid reflux furnace temperature curve can be set to 40 segments, with 3 sets of PID (6 sets available) configurations for precise temperature control, ensuring consistent and reliable welding. Temperature control is lag-based, while PID control offers predictive adjustment, enhancing temperature control accuracy and stability.

The V4DR formic acid reflux furnace cavity is standardly equipped with 2 temperature measurement thermocouples. The equipment can provide real-time feedback on the temperature at any position within the cavity during operation, and display the temperature curve measured in real-time within the control software. This ensures better temperature control of the welding area, supporting the achievement of a favorable process curve.

Cavity atmosphere environment

The V4DR formic acid reflux furnace can be filled with inert nitrogen gas to assist in welding, simultaneously meeting the reduction atmosphere process requirements for formic acid and nitrogen-hydrogen mixed gases. The process atmosphere can be precisely controlled by either time or a MFC mass flow controller, ensuring consistency in each set process. Suitable for welding without flux.

V4DR Formic Acid Reflux Furnace Configuration Software Control System:

The software control system is based on the Windows operating system and is easy to operate.

Process programming can be achieved through parameters such as temperature, time, pressure, and vacuum, with the software automatically controlling the entire process.

The process curve programming supports an infinite number of process actions, meeting complex process requirements.

The control system accommodates various welding process curves and allows for setting, modifying, storing, and recalling according to different processes.

The control system features an integrated analysis function, capable of analyzing process curves to determine information such as heating, holding, and cooling stages.

The software control system automatically records the welding process and temperature control/monitoring curves in real-time, ensuring traceability of the device manufacturing process. Data is automatically stored in the corresponding directory based on the process working time.

The V4DR formic acid reflux furnace features an all-enclosed, fully automatic cavity structure, ensuring reliability for long-term use. The lid automatically closes during operation, preventing component displacement and avoiding vibration that could affect welding quality. The single-chamber process meets both heating and cooling requirements.

V4DR formic acid reflux furnace, equipped with a lid featuring a viewing window for observing the sintering process of devices under a microscope. The lid automatically raises and lowers, with all operations except for manual placement and retrieval being controlled by software.

The V4DR formic acid reflux furnace heating plate is made of pure material, without additional cold water pipes or structures, ensuring more uniform temperature.

The V4DR formic acid reflux furnace employs Zhongke's water cooling technology. The water cooling during heating does not affect the uniformity of the thermal field. During cooling, each heating plate has six independent water cooling units, resulting in even higher temperature uniformity. It is particularly suitable for high-quality encapsulation welding of gold-tin eutectic and indium solder eutectic.
