The HG-E90 Desktop Electromagnetic Ultrasonic High-Temperature Thickness Gauge is a non-contact thickness measurement instrument that does not require an acoustic coupling agent, enabling the measurement of thickness for metals or magnetically conductive materials.


The HG-E90 Desktop Electromagnetic Ultrasonic High-Temperature Thickness Gauge integrates modern technologies such as ultrasonic flaw detection, thickness measurement, computer, electronics, mold, and process, achieving the combination of these technologies. It provides the industry with a more superior-performing, more powerful flaw detection and thickness measurement integrated machine.


Can be widely applied in the fields of oil, chemicals, metallurgy, shipbuilding, aviation, and aerospace.

1. Precise thickness measurement, no need for coupling, capable of penetrating coatings


The instrument features both A-scan and B-scan capabilities, supported by professional algorithm programs for accurate measurement results. No coupling agent is required, and there's no need to grind the workpiece surface. It allows for detection on surfaces with paint, coatings, and uneven textures.


2. Built-in infrared sensor for direct measurement of material surface temperature


An infrared non-contact thermometer MLX90614 is built-in. The TO-39 metal package integrates both an infrared pyroelectric detector chip and a dedicated signal processing integrated chip. With the incorporation of a low-noise amplifier, a 17-bit analog-to-digital converter, and a powerful digital signal processing unit, it enables the achievement of high-precision and high-resolution thermometer.


3. Suitable for high-temperature applications


Equipped with high-temperature sound velocity automatic compensation, suitable for high-temperature pipelines, boilers, and pressure vessels for thickness measurement. No need to cool the object being measured, enhancing work efficiency. Widely used in the oil, chemical, metallurgy, shipbuilding, aviation, and aerospace industries.


4. Built-in sound velocity for various materials


The instrument internally stores various material sound velocities, allowing for dynamic addition and deletion of material sound velocities. The sound velocity calibration now includes temperature compensation, enhancing measurement accuracy.

Built-in lithium battery, low power consumption nodes, can operate continuously for 10 hours.
