Anhui Tianming Cable Co., Ltd. --- The ZRA-DJYJP3VP3-22 computer cable is suitable for electronic computers, detection instruments, and meters with high anti-interference performance requirements, rated for voltages of 300/500V and below. The cable's ground core insulation uses K-type B-class low-density polyethylene with antioxidant properties. The insulation of polyethylene has high resistivity, good voltage resistance, a small dielectric constant, and minimal impact from temperature and frequency variations, ensuring both transmission performance requirements and cable longevity. To reduce mutual interference between circuits and external interference, the cable employs a shielding structure. The shielding requirements are tailored to different scenarios, including: twisted pair combined shielding, overall shielding of the cable composed of twisted pairs, and overall shielding after twisted pair combined shielding. The shielding materials include round copper wire, copper tape, and aluminum tape/plastic composite tape. The shielding pairs have good insulation properties, and if potential differences occur between the shielding pairs during use, they will not affect the signal transmission quality.
Two, Technical Specifications:
Product rated voltage (U0/U): 300/500V, Long-term operating temperature: 70℃, Installation temperature: Fixed installation -40℃, Non-fixed installation -15℃, Minimum bending radius: Unarmored cable should be less than 6 times the cable outer diameter, armored cable should not be less than 12 times the cable outer diameter. After a 1-minute stable charging test with a DC voltage of 500V at 20℃, the insulation resistance should be no less than 2500MΩ?Km. There should be no open circuits between each twisted shield and between twisted shields and the overall shield. The cores of the cable and between cores, as well as between shields, should withstand a 50HZ, AC voltage test of 2000V for 5 minutes without breakdown.
Three, Usage Conditions: 1. Long-term working temperature of cable conductors: Polyethylene has 70℃ and 105℃ options; Polyethylene sheath is 70℃; Cross-linked polyethylene sheath is 90℃. 2. Cables can be fixed and laid under environmental temperatures of -40℃ to 50℃; the laying environment should not be below 0℃. 3. For cables with copper tape shielding structure, the bending radius during laying should not be less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable.
