Specific Introduction to the Stabilized Soil Mixing Station

The stabilized soil mixing station utilizes a combination or disassembled, demountable structure for easy relocation and assembly. The entire equipment can be disassembled into 20 parts, allowing for layouts in the shape of a "one" or "L" right angle, along with appropriate modifications based on the site conditions. The foundation should be constructed in accordance with the technical requirements provided in the ground foundation map. Prior to installation, the site should be leveled and compacted, ensuring the entire installation area is not lower than the surrounding ground to prevent sinking caused by water accumulation.

The stabilized soil mixing station utilizes computer-controlled high-speed conveyors and electronic spiral scales. The computer conveyor scale, equipped with load sensors and variable-speed motors, controls the speed of the conveyor belt to achieve continuous automatic quantitative feeding from a single machine. When adjusting the material ratio, the operator merely needs to input the calculated ratio after adjusting the material and set the corresponding value on the control computer. The computer scale then automatically feeds or blends materials according to the new set value, with simple operation and high measurement accuracy. The control computer features automatic display of both instantaneous and cumulative feeding quantities, providing reliable data for worker operations and factory production management, while also offering great convenience. The water supply system's water addition employs manual adjustment of the return valve to control the finished product's moisture content, characterized by a wide adjustment range, simple structure, and easy installation.
