Polyurethane sieve plates offer excellent wear resistance and a longer service life. Their wear resistance is about 3 to 5 times that of steel sieve plates, and at least 5 times that of general rubber sieve plates. The structural diversity of polyurethane sieve plates allows for easy replacement and has a lower repair rate, significantly reducing the amount of product repair and downtime losses.

Polyurethane sieve panels offer a lower cost of use and can be replaced locally. Heavy medium sieve mining is more effective; polyurethane sieve panels are non-magnetic and oil-resistant, preventing clogging during heavy medium sorting and desorption, and are superior to stainless steel sieve panels in this application.

Polyurethane sieve plates are highly strong, flame-resistant, odorless, and non-toxic. They exhibit excellent low-temperature resistance (remain non-crisp at -40°C with no significant physical changes). The product boasts good vibration-damping capabilities, strong noise reduction, and helps prevent sieve materials from breaking during oscillation.
